This was a sculpture in the Santiago airport. I liked its whimsy and use of color.

have you given any more thought to the sketchbook idea? There’s so much to absorb here and you notice everything! I could set up a lemonade stand beside your puesto in Barrio Yungay. Tourists could come and take pictures of us!
Have you thought about selling freshly squeezed orange juice? 🙂
Very cool. Nice to see they’ve found a use for all the “lost luggage”. =)
hahaha Are you SURE that’s a sculpture? ; ) Great capture.
…..i want to open them ALL!
Ha, very cool! And such a creative way to recycle. 😉
That is such a clever sculpture!
Thanks for visiting my blog and for leaving so many nice comments. I couldn’t link you thru my emails, but I finally got a link via the comments. I am so glad to read about what an exciting life of travel you get to lead!
Hope they don´t have too many earthquakes!
Wow, what a creative use for lost luggage–I want to open them, too! I will look for this when we are in the Santiago airport next week. The person who wants to do the lemonade stand should see the rolling manicure carts they have in this airport–a great enterprise!
